About Peopleology
Unlocking Collaboration That Lasts
At Peopleology, I help teams and leaders work together more effectively, especially in complex, high-pressure environments. Collaboration isn’t just a box to tick, it’s how real work gets done, and done well.
I partner with project leaders, consultants, and cross-functional teams to strengthen trust, improve decision-making, and create shared purpose, so projects succeed even under pressure.
Peta Brown
I’m the Director of Peopleology and one of Australasia’s most experienced collaboration coaches. Over the past 25 years, I’ve worked alongside leaders, project teams, and government agencies, helping people navigate complexity and work together with purpose.
My career has centred on one belief: collaboration isn’t about being agreeable, it’s about being intentional. I help teams go beyond coordination and compliance to build the trust, clarity, and shared purpose that drive successful delivery.
I’ve advised Chief Executives, Executive Leadership Teams, and some of Australasia’s largest infrastructure partnerships, guiding them to align strategy with behaviour, strengthen team cohesion, and deliver results even under pressure.
What sets me apart is my ability to create environments where people feel safe to speak up, solve problems together, and perform at their best. My approach combines practical experience with deep insight into the human side of collaboration, how relationships, decisions, and culture shape outcomes on the ground.
I’m passionate about helping the transport sector recognise that intentional collaboration is not a soft skill, but a strategic one, essential to building a resilient and enduring infrastructure future for New Zealand.
My approach
I focus on the practical side of collaboration, the conversations, habits, and decisions that keep projects moving forward when things get complicated.
I help teams:
Build trust and shared purpose
Lead through competing demands
Strengthen decision-making under pressure
Rebuild relationships when tensions rise
Because when teams truly collaborate, not just coordinate, they deliver stronger outcomes and create something that lasts.
